Jonathan Baars is the Project and Implementation Manager for the bill pay Payee Management Group at FIS.  Jonathan is responsible for working with billers that receive payments from FIS on behalf of customers that use FIS bill pay products.  Jonathan coordinates the development, programming, testing, and implementation of custom electronic files that allow customer payments to flow electronically between the bill pay service and the biller.  Jonathan Baars has been responsible for more than 200 implementations with companies around the United States and Canada, increasing the number of electronic payments that FIS is able to send.  Jonathan's organizational skills, collaborative nature, technical understanding, and hard work allow him to successfully implement these complex electronic partnerships.
